Adamson Construction has been working in the Ductwork and Ventilation sector for 20 years and as we have grown this sector within the business we have established a dedicated Ductwork and Ventilation company, Adamson Ductwork and Ventilation.

The project management skills that have been developed have enabled the company to combine its resources and capabilities with other specialist sub-contractors, which allow the smooth running of projects. Adamson Construction has grown year by year and now employs a multi-skilled workforce, with the ability to project manage large projects, yet are small enough to offer tailor-made services which genuinely satisfy every clients’ differing requirements.

Sister Company

Our sister company,  Adamson Construction, was formed in 1989. The company has been located in Slough for the duration of its history and has established many long-standing relationships, both on Slough trading estate and nationally, resulting in an ever-growing client base.

We are fully covered for all contract works with the following indemnities;

  • Public Liability Insurance: £10,000,000
  • Employer’s Liability Insurance: £10,000,000
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance: £1,000,000

Yes, we have many years experience working as a principal contractor and understand the compliance processes that are required to deliver a safe and successful project.

Yes, we often undertake work out of normal office hours and at weekends if our clients require it. We are happy to work with you to find a solution to get your project completed on time.

Training is regularly reviewed to establish the needs of the company, our clients and the environment that we trade-in. The nature of the work undertaken usually results in significant investment here so all employees, both management and operatives, receive various relevant external and internal training to ensure they continue to work in a safe way and produce the quality that Adamson Pharma demands.

Yes. To complement our direct labour with the additional expertise required to deliver a contract, we have developed good relationships with many sub-contractors. New sub-contractors are vetted and managed to ensure they achieve the levels of quality that we require.

Adamson Ductwork and Ventilation carry out works in the South East of England. However, for the right project we would consider projects UK wide. Our head office is located in Slough which is also the base of operations.

Adamson Ductwork and Ventilation workforce members hold CSCS cards appropriate to their level of qualifications. We invest heavily in training and personal development to support this.

At Adamson Ductwork and Ventilation, Health & Safety is fundamental to how jobs and projects are planned and carried out. We invest considerable amounts of time and money into training to ensure each employee is sufficiently competent. This reduces the potential for accidents & injuries and generally improves good practice. 

We are conscious of our social responsibility to the environment we work in and endeavour to do all we can to minimise the impact our work has on our surroundings. To underline our commitment to these important aspects of our trade, we have a number of policies to control how we work as a company and guide the culture of the workforce to be safe, to have a minimum impact on the environment and to produce a consistent high quality of work.

All construction work is subject to the “Construction Design and Management 2015 Regulations”. All works are assessed for all risks and hazards before any works start, Risk Assessments and Method Statements are produced for all works.
